Neem’s clothes are manufactured within Europe (Spain, Italy and Romania) in solar-powered mills. Their factories are listed on the website. They focus on creating a 100% carbon neutral production system: they track the environmental impact of the products with a 3rd party and run life cycle assessments. This means they measure the waste, energy, GHG, and water usage. They also invest in projects that focus on reforestation, green energy, and social projects

They use ZQ merino wool (ethical wool); recycled cotton, wool and polyester; and regenerative organic cotton

They have a take-back program: you can send them your unwanted, 100% cotton or 100% wool items from any brand, and they will recycle them into new garments. There are QR codes in the garments with track and trace functionality. In return, you will get a £30 discount coupon to spend on your next Neem order over £100. As for packaging, they’ve produced stationary that contains mint seeds and can be planted and grown in your house or garden
