Billie Eilish was always known for her oversized, baggy and multicoloured outfits. But: new album, new style. The “Happier Than Ever” album cover perfectly represents the new era of Billie Eilish: soft monochrome neutrals. Earlier this year, she released a music video for her fourth single “Lost Cause” and it gives major slumber party vibes. She and her girlfriends wear coordinated neutral and monochromatic loungewear, like an oversized beige T-shirt with cream bike shorts. Lucky for us, this style is much easier to recreate than her previous one.

Loungewear items like these can be found nearly anywhere, so it’s not difficult to recreate the outfits yourself. However, nothing is more relaxing than lounging in an outfit made by an ethical clothing brand. I gathered 16 loungewear items offered by brands listed on this website. Scroll down and create your own neutral-coloured and sustainable loungewear fit.

Your Laundry Is Polluting Your Drinking Water: An Introduction To Microplastics

In the early 1900s, a new material was created that we now know as plastic. At the time, plastic was seen as a revolutionary invention and it is currently the most used material in a lot of different industries: packaging, construction, electronics, fashion and more. It’s cheap, durable and lightweight and the number of possible applications is practically unlimited. There are however a lot of disadvantages of plastic that are coming to light and far outweigh the positives. Our rivers and oceans are filling up with plastic, affecting animals, the environment and our own health. This 3-part series of posts will highlight an invisible threat that is entering our drinking water, how fashion is involved and what you can do to lower your own impact. In this first part, I’m going to introduce you to microplastics…
