They use some eco-friendly fabrics like recycled polyester and linen. And some less eco-friendly ones like cotton, silk, polyester, polyamide, viscose, wool, cashmere and small amounts of elastane. They also source deadstock fabrics from local family-owned warehouses in North Macedonia
Their clothes are made in small local studios by women, single parents and female micro entrepreneurs. They introduce some of the seamstresses on the website
To reduce waste, they use an on-demand production system. This means they don’t keep inventory, and items are only produced when customers order them. You are able to rent their garments with rental platform FJONG. They also partnered with Australian reseller AirRobe.com, where you can rent, sell or recycle pre-owned items. You can add this option when making your purchase
